Solitary plasmacytomas (SP) can be categorized into two groups based on their location: solitary bone plasmacytoma (SBP), which most commonly occurs the vertebrae secondarily long bones, extramedullary (EMP), encompassing SPs found outside bone. Long bones frequently affected plasmacytomas. SBP specifically jaw is rare condition, leading challenges diagnosis often resulting misdiagnosis. carries higher risk progression myeloma, primary treatment option radiotherapy (RT). This article presents case 40-year-old female patient diagnosed with mandible, detailed documentation clinical, radiographic, histological features.
